St John the Baptist Primary School, Penistone

A much needed two storey extension is currently being constructed to St John the Baptist Primary School in Penistone.  The project involves alterations to the existing structure to accommodate the new extension.  As a part of the project Holdgate Consulting were involved at pre-tender stage with organising site investigation works, service plans and a tender package.  A full steel frame design and foundations was developed to construction phase along with a drainage diversion and the design of new drainage to the extension.
